inserting images and shapes using macros

is there a way wer i can insert or delete shapes and images using a macro??

if not insertion and deletion , can i assign a macro to move the image out of the visible area of the screen??

please explain more what you would like...
i can insert images and such, as well as delete them, but we need more info...
where do you want them from? is there any way they could be found somewhere in the workbook?
