Delete Certain Rows

I have a sheet I need some help with...The only relevant information for me is the month/year that appears in the cream colored box, and the "Totals," rows underneath that.

I need to delete all the extra information with a macro, but keep in information for all the months attached. The months will cycle throughout the year and the days per month would change with the calendar (28 in February, 31 in December, for example). I need help selecting the correct days and the associated 4 rows to delete.
