To count the number of rows based on date and check how old the row is from current date.

hello all,

This is my first post on the forum. I have been referring to this forum since a long time and i would like to thank you all for sharing and helping out the ones in need.

I have a excel file (please find attachment). I need a macro or function to find how old the row is from current date and also find the count of rows that are older than 7 days, 15 days and 30 days. Please help me with this.

Hello DILIPandey,

I have a situation now that using the same formula i need to count based on a criteria

for example i tried this =SUMPRODUCT(--(N2:N11="Export"),($B$2:$B$20<=TODAY()-R2)*1)
and it is giving me a #value error. Please help.

Hi Rao,

There is no text like "Export" in N2:N11.. check again and upload the attachment if you have revised it since the time I saw that. Thanks.
