Old Formula Issue

Hey guys,

I have an issue with an excel file I created a few months ago. Its a complex budget that file that pulls from many different tabs. I have an overall income statement type tab that summarizes all the numbers but for some reason its no longer functioning properly. Whenever I try to make any changes at all to the formulas, or even re-enter any formulas, it turns blank. See pictures below in cell K7. Even if I just go to the formula and press enter in it it turns blank:
