With Excel 2003, I can select a range of cells and then in Outlook do a paste special and then select "Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet.

I can not find any info on the web about how to do this in Excel VBA. VBA Help didn't help, nor did a laborious browsing of the objects.

Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way to force the in-creation email to be visible so that I can manually paste special the range into Outlook?
