ActiveX ComboBox Firing on change in Cells

Hello all,

I am searching the internet for a solution but can't find none.
ComboBox1 on worksheet "START" is populated with a named dynamic range "Staff", using ListFillRange.

The idea is, that upon selecting a name in the combobox data for that person is shown, by copy and paste it from another sheet.
This all works great but the problem is that it is firing each time a value in a cell is changed.

I read somewhere that ListFillRange is causing this problem.
But how do I circumvent it?
