Copy a property's purchasing data to a new worksheet. Do this for all properties and keep

I'm trying to obtain a Macro that i can use to copy a property found in cell A5 and the purchasing data that goes with it to a new worksheet in the same workbook. I want to do this for all properties listed in column a. one issue is that there is more than just property names in column a. it also includes suppliers' names. The properties names are in blue text. the supplier's names are in black text. How can i do this? I want each property copied of the master file (sheet 1) on to it's own worksheet and for it all to remain in the same workbook.

Can anyone help? This will be superstar moment at work if i can figure this out!! please help.

upload a sample workbook with manual solution....that in which format you want your data....

Looking for help to create macro to copy and paste the formatting and report headers along with a range of data to individual worksheets. Range of data begins in column a where there is blue text all the way to the next line with blue text in column A. Any guidance letting me know if this is a do able thing would be wonderful!!
