Set active cell in working macro

HI Maybe some could help me with this.
I have below working macro. I have to select example column A and then i can run it. But what ever i have tried to do i cant set this range in the macro. I have to select it.
Either it dont work or it come with a out of stock error.
So if i can example have an inputbox asking for the range it will be perfect. Or at least so the active cell is set to the cells in column A example.

    Please have a look

    Thanks

    Sincerely

    Abjac

I've cleaned up a couple of bits of code in there, but there's more that can be done.

For example, if you want to replace all of the commas in S with periods you don't need to loop through, you can just have:
