How to copy all sheets from one workbook to a new workbook

I have a multiple workbooks, each having a different number set of worksheets. All of the worksheets in each workbook always have the same sheet names.
For example: workbook 1 sheet names are always : SUI and FUTA
workbook 2 sheet names are always FICA and OOBs

I am trying to put a macro together that I can use that would copy all sheets from 1 workbook into another new workbook. I have the code to create a new workbook that is named by the user as whatever they want, but can't figure out how to copy the sheets from "workbook 1" to the "new user created workbook."

I was thinking of 2 approaches:
    1. Copy all active sheets from 1 to the other(if that's possible)
    2. Tell excel which sheet names to copy from 1 to the other.

Thanks for any help on this!

    Regards,

    Craig
