How can i find team name from above and count the sum of four last results

Maybe an example is the best way to tell what i am looking for. In g2 i want to count the sum on philadelphias last four home (column b and value 1) game goal difference (column f).in g3 i want to count the sum on pittsburgs last four away (column b and value 2) game goal difference (column f). And so on...

In the beginning of the list the teams have not played four games yet so instead of starting from g2 maybe it is better to start form g100.
