My Macros are not working in another PC, giving security warning (where Security is Low)

My Macros are not working in another pc..... giving security warning, where i set security Disable all macros with notification.....

while opening this file in another pc (where security is same) no option is giving to enable macros...

i tried through ALT + 11 / ALT + F8 run.... result is same...

Also check whether the settings for Trusted Documents and Trusted Locations etc in the Trust Center are the same
