Macro no longer puts formula in cell...?

OK... so I've been using a macro for several months now, and for some reason it is now not working properly (no changes...).

Specifically, the second formula below is not being input into the cell during the macro's run. So of course the latter lines are useless and create errors... Any thoughts on why this is not being input 'as ordered'?

Thanks Scott, will try. Appears the only difference is your addition of quotes in the first VLOOKUP?

It's ALWAYS the simplest answer... the output files that are referenced in the macro have been slightly altered, so one of the columns is now blank... the fix was simply changing the first [-1] to [-2].....

Whew!
