    Drop lists

    Good Day

I want to decrease the time used capturing times buy creating a time drop down for a selection of cells
is there a way I can without creating a time legend with all time values to be used as a selection option?

    Re: Drop lists

Using data validation on the cell, you can use the allow box and put your start and end times in there (under allow: time). This will restrict entries to between 04:00 and 21:00.

Or, if you would like to display every hour, you could use 'allow: list' and manually enter each time, like so. 04:00,05:00,06:00,07:00 and so on.
