Fill down cells in column based on named range

I need help filling down cells in a column based on the value I choose from a dropdown list in the header row of the column.

I have created named ranges for each header cell but am not sure how to refrence them in the dropd donw let alone have them fill down the sells belwo.

Though an example would help, I am looking for a drop down list in cell B1 containning the Names in cells C1 though L1. Also looking for the content in the apropriate column to fill down once a name is selected from B1.
