Code to list files

Ok guys, ive scrapped my last lot of code becuse i couldnt get it do do what i wanted. So here's the brief.

I need a peice of code that will list all the files in a certain directory, in say Col A. Then the next time i run it i need it to update the list only so any files that have been added are added to the list and any that may of been removed from the folder still stay on the list.

Any ideas ??
