run macro if there is some space between data

    Hello,
I have "small" problem ... It's best to upload example sheet ... so ... :
queue - this is e.g. "ladder" in which are numbers from 1 to 10 and I have some datas (two numbers) and :
    - if this two numbers are in "ladder" one after another (example 1 or 2) do nothing ..
    - if this two numbers arent in "ladder" one after another (that means there is a space between this two numbers - e.g. 2 and 4 and space is 3 or 6 and 7 and space is 6,5) run some macro

I think this is possible to do, but I have no idea how to do it ... I thought that I can use command case but ... dont know ... any ideas? thank you
