Using Variables to add new records to Access Database

Hi Guys,

Im using the following code to add a new Record to my Resources Table in my Access Database file DB2.mdb

I was wondering how to use the variables sFirstName and sLastName to add new FirstName, LastName records which are dynamic (and no longer static) to the database..
