Macro to Copy Paste Rows Depending on a Cell Value and show values against each row

Hello All,
I am using Excel 2007 and have the following problem:
BeforeSheet shows my Data

I searched a macro which is working for half of my requirement
MacroOutput Sheet shows the result after the macro is run

I require the Macro to give the result shown on RequiredOutput Sheet
Yellow Color shows the result from the Macro
Green Color shows my additional requirement

The macro should put the number of time the new rows are inserted in Col B

Any help would be appreciated.
