Wrap code check in event handler

I have this spreadsheet that has many option buttons that are contingent on other option buttons and cells. Everything works fine as long as you go down the spreadsheet in order of the code. I want to set it up so that the user can start anywhere in the spreadsheet and all the contingencies will still apply. I've heard that there may be a wrap code check using a change event that could help but I don't understand this. The code for these contingencies is in the Sheet 1 (Request Form). I want all the option buttons to be enabled/disabled no matter what order you go in. Thanks.
