    ActiveX Combo Box Troubles

I am trying to create a ActiveX Combo Box so that I can index a table of information. The combo box would house the years i.e. 2004, 2005 etc... I need to use the ActiveX version so that i can edit the comboBox size and font which cannot be done with a form combo box. My problem is that the dates turn into a serial number instead of 2004. There is some simple code out there to change this serial number to look like a date however the code only works when the linked cell is not indexed. Tough to explain, it would have been nice to post the problem spreadsheet. Any help is appreciated.

    Re: ActiveX Combo Box (Indexing)

I think I figured it out. The last thing I have left is " I am using the date in the combobox however it displays as a number? Once I figure out how to make that number look like the date I will be good to go. See new attachment on revised first post
