Format information for new data

Hi all,

I'm working with a spreadsheet that will format my speadsheet to make room for my data.
Step 1: I want it to insert a row
Step 2: Then copy the last line for the data set and past the formats and the formula
Step 3: I want it to run the replace function and replace $N with $D in the forumula *
Step 4: Offset 7 rows and loop until Column B is Empty *

* Things i'm having a hard time with
