    VBA colour overwrite conditional formatting

    I'm almost done with my excel sheet.
    What I want to do now is the following:

    If I choose NL cell H8 till M8 will be disabled and turned black (using macro). I am also using conditional formatting for other data's.
    Before choosing NL, I put data in the cell and it will change to another colour using conditional formatting.
    Is it possible to make macro colour change stronger than the conditional formatting colour?
