Hello. I teach AP Biology and we are creating a model of the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Using the RAND function the model will generate allele frequencies from one generation to the next based on the starting frequencies. As the model is constructed the allele frequencies for one generation replace the numbers from the previous generation; i.e., they are not saved. How can I get Excel to save the calculated allele frequencies as one toggles the F9 key? Better yet, how can I get Excel to calculate the allele frequencies for say 100 generations and generate a column of numbers? I am new to the forum and modeling so apologize if my post is rather vague. The model is attached. Thanks.
