Macro to open an excel file at a partcular time of the day everyday

i am looking for a macro that will open an excel file at a particular time of the day say 9am.

i will keep one blank excel sheet open always...and the macro as module. SO when the macro runs...it will open the excel file.

any ideas

An alternative method might be to schedule the workbook to open automatically using the Task Scheduler. This would free your system from having to keep a workbook open. The Task Scheduler can be found in the Control Panel > Administrative Tools.

but my problem is ....i need to open the excel file in a particular Excel window....that is open...

when i schedule it using task scheduler..th excel file is opening in a new window...

wat to do??

i can keep the excel window open always...but i need a macro that checks the time and calls another macro continously...

please..any ideasss
