Macro to copy specific color cells frm multiple sheets & paste link to other similar wrkbk

Hi,
I am just new to this forum...looking to learn VBA & macros from experts. To begin with I need urgent help from VBA champions, what I am looking for is :

I have a template which has its sheets protected & also has some macros which are also password protected, Let me Call this "Template". In this workbook there are multiple sheets with a unique color code "Orange" which are basically the input cells. This file since has lot of protection the maneuvering is difficult. So to cut short the time taken to fill the input cells in each sheet, I moved all the sheets to another workbook, lets say workbook with the name "Template Feedback", which is password free & is easy to use. Now this workbook i.e. "Template Feedback" is exactly similar to the main file. What I am looking for is a macro or VBA code which can be used in workbook "Template Feedback" so that I can paste link all the unique color cell range of the main file i.e. "Template" file with this new workbook i.e. "Template Feedback".
I only want to link the orange color cells of file "template" with Template Feedback" & the macro needs to be done in file "template feedback" as the other one is protected. Also I cannot paste a an entire range in "template' file as it does not allow to paste it on cell ranges. So only orange color cells needs to be linked through macro with the same range.

Please help.
