    Send Email on a specific date and time using Excel Only.

    Hello Experts,

    Iam very new to Excel.
    I have an Excel with 7 columns, which contains Name,TO,CC,date,time,subject line,email content columns.
    My requirement is very simple.
    I send out email every day with same subject line and some email content at a specific date and at a specific time.

    i have excel which i update on daily basis and based on the date and specific time is send email every day

    Below is the Excel columns for your reference: -

    NAME TO email CC email DATE TIME SUBJECT LINE
    sam [email protected] [email protected] 26-Feb-13 11:00 AM Notification email reminder
    pam [email protected] [email protected] 28-Feb-13 11:00 AM Notification email reminder
    ram [email protected] [email protected] 1-Mar-13 11:00 AM Notification email reminder

    And the last columns is : -

    Hello,send details of the resources who are out of project.

    For Example:
    I need to send email on 26th Feb to sam and cc pam with the mentioned subject line and email content at 11:00 AM.
    This shud be automatically done with the help of Macro.
    NOTE: I have only Excel in my system, no other softwares are allowed, so i guess above requirement will be only be done via EXCEL.

    Hello j_panky,
    I hope you got the answer for this but in case not,
    As you only have Excel on your system it is not possible.
    You need an email program on your system in order for Excel to use it to send emails.

    If I'm wrong then someone else may answer.
