copy custom range on value select

Dear all,
I must thank everyone who has helped me here in this forum previously. I need help once more.
In the attached document, table SHOWROOM (1st table), column R, heading LOCATION. When the value is changed to WORKSHOP, the whole row is copied to the table WORKSHOP (2nd table). I dont need to copy the whole row. column A and column U should not be copied as they remain static in the target table.
In the target table (WORKSHOP) where the data is copied, it should be copied from column B to column T, leaving column A and column U blank for static values
so basically is a copy of rows on value change from certain range from one table to another
in the target table the column A and U should be remained blank because of static input of serial #s and formulas
so on value change (value: Showroom, from column R, heading LOCATION) :
table SHOWROOM, range to be copied: from column B to column T
target table: SHOWROOM (2nd table), value copied to cells: from column B to column T, leaving column A and U blank for static values
