Macro for combining similar excel files into single file

Hello,

I want macro to combine similar excel files into single excel file in such a way that the output file should hold sheet name, which should be a particular column name and should contain all the data related to that column in all files with an extra column listing original file name in which they present.

Let me explain this scenario with simple example

Inputs:

Test_1.xls

HTML Code: 

Test_2.xls

HTML Code: 

Output:

Final.xls

Sheet1 - 2/1/2013

HTML Code: 

Sheet2 - 3/1/2013

HTML Code: 

P.S: Notice that all similar excel files has the same column names, and output excel file contains one extra column specifying from which excel file the data is from.

Please help me creating macro for the above scenario. Appreciate your help.
