Post Fill cell based on adjacent cell name

I have the following headers in the attached sheet where some are blank.
I need like, if the header is found blank then it should take the left cell value and add "name" at the end giving a space.

Ex: G1 is Vendor and H1 is blank (I want h1 as "Vendor Name")
like that for all the cells, but only for "buyer Code" the next cell should be "buyer name" but not buyer code name.

    Any help please

Here you go... remember this is very specific with the "Buyer Code" hard coded to work. Also just to mention, the blank cells are not blank; if they were I was going to give you a cell formula that you could have simply copied on row 2.

I think we both provided about the same solution at the same time... did you have any questions?
