Code attaches copy of Excel worksheet to e-mail but needs to have specific Name!

I am writing a new version of an Excel timesheet that is then mailed to a specific mailbox where it is pulled into Access. As we have been using a different version it will already puill it in, but only if I effect a change to the code that attaches the Excel to an e-mail. I can't use the same one as before due to I had to start fresh to get it to accept the changes I needed to make. (Trying to make the input idiot proof as far as format etc!)

I need help in making the correct changes.

    The code I have is:

I have included within it where I think I need to change it and what I am trying to do - the workbook name + add to the beginning of the name a field and then then end of the name a field.

    Can you please help me?

You should probably give someone credit for the code you have here; I believe I've seen it before but never-the-less you don't need to copy a cell value to use it in code. Try this:

I apologise - I thought it inappropriate to mention that most of the code was indeed from another site. (Mine wouldn't work once I put in an ActiveX control, odd!)

I am for the most part strictly a BA so I can't even put in words how much I appreciate you assistance!

    Thank you!

Yeah, to leave the site out is probably the right thing to do. Also it's not such a terrible offense but I think I may have read through it very recently; I usually just give the user name given in the post. That way if they happen along, they feel happy.

I'm happy to help. So did the change to the code work well?

    Cheers!

    Michelle,

You should use the [Thread Tools] at the top of post #1 to mark this [SOLVED].

And it is always appreciated to click the * in the lower left corner of all the posts that helped you. This adds to the person's 'reputation' here and is kind of a way of saying thanks.

    Enjoy!
