You do not specifay in which column are the duplicate values. Which rows/columns do you wish to copy?

All columns will be consistent. Rows 1-9 will also be consistent and are considered the headers. Data needs to be sorted by Column A beginning with Row 10 and then by Column M again beginning with Row 10

    spj,
It would be easier to remove duplicates from Master sheet (once all the data are merged in to it), instead of from individual sheets. If this what you wanted, I can see duplicates in Column A and I suspect you wish to remove the entire row if A is duplicate. Is this right?

yes, that is correct. I do not want remove anything from the source sheets, only duplicates from the master sheet from Row 10 down.

    Spj,
All cells in column A are duplicates, so If I were to delete them, you left with nothing. I think it would be good idea, if we take one step at a time. This codes, colsolidates all data in to master, including duplicates. Run it and see which part of the data needs to be changed.

Looks good. Now I would want to delete duplicate values based on Column C
