Code to copy and paste a row into another sheet of the workbook when a condition is met.

    Hi Folks,
On the tabs marked Ian, Judi, Aurelia & Grant in the attached workbook there is code that cuts the row once a numeral “1” is entered into the T column and places the information into the next available row of the “Closed” Tab.
When you look at the code for the tab named “Ian” I have been trying to get it to copy the row when a “1” is entered into the R column of a row and place it in the next available row on the “DHS Client List” tab so that the information is available on both pages.
I have put the additional code in with comment marks so that it does not affect the other code function. Both of these functions need to run independantly at different times. Generally the copy and paste when the "1" is entered into the R column will be the function that will be run first.

If someone is able to help me sort this code out to achieve the above that will be a great help.
    Thank you.
