Copying Row Data To Another Sheet

I am attempting to utilize the code below (found elsewhere on Excel Forum) to copy a row of data from the DASHBOARD sheet to the QA REPORT sheet. This should occur when the user double-clicks a cell in column V indicating a patient transport has been completed.

Say for example, Row 12 (Pt. Name Pam Morrison) has completed the trip and is being returned to the hospital room. The Transporter will double-click cell V:12 which removes the data from row 12. At this point, the Sub listed below needs to be activated and transfer that data to the next available empty row on the QA REPORT sheet.
