Merging cell contents based on criteria

Hi All
I am not sure if this is possible but here goes:

I receive a parts list such as this:

Description Part Number Location
100 nf 112-123 C1
100 nf 112-123 C5
100 nf 112-123 C7
100 K 151-147 R1
100 K 151-147 R2
100 K 151-147 R3

These lists can often be very long. What I need to do is somehow get Excel (2007) to concatenate the location based on the part number, like this:

Description Part Number Location
100 nf 112-123 C1, C5, C7
100 K 151-147 R1, R2, R3



Not sure if I am asking too much.

Please note the name of the sheet where your data is sheet5. This is my sheet name, change the name to suit your needs if you wish to run the code on different worksheet
