modify macro to copy values instead of copy and worbook instead of worsheet

Hi, this is my first post and i am relatively new to vba.
I have a macro which saves a copy of a worksheet in a specified folder with a specified name.
i would like to amend it so that it copies/pastes values (or hardcode?) instead of a simple copy, and to the whole workbook instead of the active worksheet... before saving as.
Can someone help?
code below

Thanks

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Use code tags around code.

Posting code in
Please Login or Register to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, it also maintains VBA formatting.

Highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here
