    concatinate cells and remove duplicates

I have a large spreadsheet that I need to be able to consolidate on a regular basis. What I need is to remove duplicates based on column A, B and E (If A, B and E are = then it is a unique record). then I need to concatinate the unique values from column D. the values in column C and F-I can be from the first record available and do not need to be compared. I read the below post where simular functionality was applied but I cant follow it well enough to modify it for my purpose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
