I work at a primary school where there time is - as you understand - valuable and there is no budget for technology solutions.
From our administration software I can generate a Sheet with data that looks like this:
Last name First name Area Test score A-E Test score I-V
Jansen Luca Techn.lezen (1) A II
Jansen Luca Techn.lezen (2) A I
Jansen Luca Begr.lezen C IV
Jansen Luca Rek. en Wisk. B II
Jansen Luca Spelling B III
Johnson Mathilde Techn.lezen (1) A
Johnson Mathilde Techn.lezen (2) A I
Johnson Mathilde Techn.lezen (3) B II
Johnson Mathilde Begr.lezen A I
Johnson Mathilde Rek. en Wisk. A I
Johnson Mathilde Spelling A I
I want to use MailMerge in Word to quickly generate letters to send to the childrens parents.
Therefore I need a Sheet that looks like this:
Last name First name Techn.lezen (1) Techn.lezen (2) Techn.lezen (3) Begr.lezen Rek. en Wisk. Spelling (here same 5 columns but than with I-V scores)
Jansen Luca A A _ (none) C B B
Johnson Mathilde A A C A A A
I searched hours on the all kinds of fora and tried several examples from others. So far without the right result.
Hopefully I pointed out my case. And hopefully anybody can help me out with this.
