First Crack at a simple Visual Basic Execute FAIL!!!!!!!

I have been working on this sheet for a while. I want to make a simple Form that my team can fill in and let me know what sheets are missing for payroll. when I run the run sub/ User Form I get a Compile error. I changed the method where VB says there is an error but nothing. I also gave it a command to open to the form when the excel file opens and that failed too. Any help would be appreciated. I searched the form but found nothing like this situation. I have spent way to much time on this to give up.

You are welcome. You had not changed field names from the source you copied from to your textbox names primarily. Additionally, needed to delete the blank rows above the table and below the headers to make it work properly. Good Luck with your project.
