Data Tab -- Refresh All data Connections on multiple sheets - Need a macro

I have an excel file with 3 different sheets having data connections to access tables. I need these to refresh through a macro instead of clicking on the DATA tab and then clicking on REFRESH ALL. Any ideas?

Also, should I uncheck the ENABLE BACKGROUND REFRESH on the connection properties?

    Thanks in advance for assistance.

Quickest way is to do the following
    1. On sheet 1, look up at your ribbon & click on "INSERT"
    2. Click on "SHAPES" & just grab a rectangle & place it anywhere on sheet 1 where you have free space.
    3. Right click the shape & click on "ASSIGN MACRO"
    4. Click on "NEW"
    5. Add the following line after your cursor between your "SUB" & "END SUB"

Clicking that shape should now run the macro & refresh all your queries on demand. Really does not matter if you check or un-check the "ENABLE BACKGROUND REFRESH"
