Need Help with Census Report

Hi all,

I am new to the group and all new to working with Excel at this level, so any help will be greatly appreciated. I have created a Macro that imports text files that are namedas follows "ER TB Census Hourly.txt2013-02-14-20-00-51". The last six digits account for the time. I currently have this saving to a shared Directory on an hourly basis. I have a couple of challenges that I am facing;

1: Is there a way to auto update the sheet for a 24 hour period based on the name of the txt.file hourly wihout it capturing the pervious data?
2: Can a new sheet be started at the tunr of the day 00:00 automatically?
3: Can i have a master sheet that takes the previous data and converts it to weekly report that captures a cumulative average for the hours of each day?

I have attached a copy of the report I am working with. The txt is being saved into that drive from a Business Objects Report.
