Generating New Spread Sheets with Info from the very last work sheet

Hello I have a work lottery syndicate and I was trying to make a macro generate the next new sheet? I can record the macro and run it and it makes the next sheet from the very last sheet but when I try and generate a new sheet from the newly generated sheet it just produces from the original reference? Can anyone help, and thank you for your help in advance.

I would also like to be able to name the sheet with the month so it automatically generates a name from cell C1 from the previous sheet?

Also, this formula in cell B1 will add exactly one month to the date from cell A1.
=EDATE(A1,1)

Just adding 30 days to A1 is not as accurate because not all months have 30 days.
