Count Number of Rows between Certain Values - How to do?

Does anybody have any idea on how to count the number of rows between two values and then insert the number into a cell next to the value?

I have uploaded an example spreadsheet, the green cells are where the final number should be. Anyone who can push me in the right direction? Thanks.
