Copy current month and delete entrys in 2 columns and move entrys in 2 columns

Each month I need to make a copy of the current month and delete all the info in columns E & H and move the data in column F to column D and move data in column I to column G. I also want it to rename the sheet to the next month. I know this is possible but I don't have the knowledge to make it happen. Please help. I have included a copy of my spreadsheet.
