How to make the macro work for all rows in the work sheet

Hi friends
I am new to VBA
Grateful if you could help me with the below code

I need to add value to adjacent cell when a value in the active cell is entered
Ex:when i enter value in B1,then cell value of C1 will be updated as 1
when i re-enter value in B1,the cell value value will be updated as 2..... etc
I need this macro only when there is value in B
I have the code which can perform this activity but i am not able apply this macro to all the rows of the work sheet
