Ranking Multiple Sheets Based on a Particular Column?

Hi,

I have a massive book with 1000+ sheets, and I'd like to rank the data in each one based on a specific column. I think the only "quick" way to do this manually would be to set filters on every page and rank, but I'm hoping there's a much faster way to do it in VBA.

Could someone lend a hand?

I tried stepping through the macro but it didn't seem to have any effect. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Look at the file. Macro sorts each sheet by column D (2012), then by column H (2011) and then by column L (2010). And adds rank.
To run the macro, press Alt+F8, select "ertert" and Run.
