Listbox need to filter the value

Hi Friends

Here with i attached my excel sample file..


In this i want to populate listbox3 with some filters

in allotment form

select date 8 and press new/edit allotment button

select the level nb1

select area physio

Now i need to populate the value in listbox3 is given below

in the attn sheet that same date which name is in "NB1" level and "Physio" Area and the date cell contains with"u" that only populate

3 conditions

Level & area & date value is u..



please help me

Try this one.

Its only work on when selected day 8. otherwise not working

eg;- Select date 8 and press new/edit allotment button

select the level nb1

select area physio

Its populate good.

then press change date button
change date to 9
the press new / edit allotment button
now press nb1
and select physio
now listbox3 not populating values with filters
