VBA That copies all condtional format background color and replicates actual color on cell

Hey Guys,

I have multiple conditional formats in my worksheet and some cells where the conditional formats do no apply.
The conditional format basically turns the cell background color.
I need a VBA that make the conditional format background color the actual cells background color color.

what do you mean will you explain again with a sample file?

I have a conditional Format saying

=AND(OR(C1="open,C1=pen,C1=Close), ISBLANK(S1))

I want to count how many cells pertain to this Conditional format
