Post Data at End of Column Data with Criteria Also Standard Dev.

I have a similar problem as a post i put up recently. What i want to do (see attached) is to post data from one sheet to another at the end of a column based on two other criteria.

For instance (in the attached), I have on the Equations Tab three criteria that are calculated via other calculations. What I want is for a macro to look at Output 1 and find on Tab Data, then look at Output 2 as well and look on Tab Data.

In the example on the sheet, Output 1 is 7 and Output 2 is Yes, i want it to find the proper column and add Output 3 to the end (after 6).

Having this will help, but evenutally i want to just get the running STD ranges as seen in Data Tab rows 3-6.

I am afraid that the data will start to pile up too quick. So, i would like the macro first and if i can figure out a way to do the STD thing later i will.

I don't need the STD part anymore, just the posting to the end of a column.
