sending an email 7 days prior to a due date

I have excel 2003 and I was wondering if I can have an email sent to an outlook email account 7 days prior to a due date.

You can windows scheduler to set the timing of the send.
Then set the macro to run on the workbook open event, and condition it to verify the send date to send the email.
