Match Column And Row to give value, index and match?

Ive' attached a part of a spreadsheet i am working on, on Tab 2, cell C25, i am wanting to corresponding value to appear from the there from the values in L27 to Q28, given by matching up the value in cell I5 with the values in row L26-Q26, and the value H9 with the column K27-K28

You'll see I've tried to do this, but it doesn't work

so for example, if I5 = aB, and H9 = Bigfoot Units, i would like the value 10 to be in Cell C25

any ideas?
